// the why

I built BarkLife because as a dog owner, planning a day out around what's actually dog-friendly is harder than it should be. The most reliable information tends to come from chat between dog owners in the park. BarkLife collates that, with an algorithm weighting reviews and activity so the listings reflect what's currently dog-friendly rather than what was true a year ago.

// who it's for

Dog owners who would rather see at a glance that a place is dog-friendly than ring ahead and find out the hard way.

// what it does

  • Find dog-friendly pubs, cafes, and shops
  • Listings verified by fellow dog owners
  • Algorithm weights community reviews and venue activity to keep listings current
  • Community-built and free to browse
  • Mobile friendly
